At Spider Holster, we stand by the quality of our camera gear and offer a 30-day return window for products in original, unused condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your holster or accessory, we are here to help with a straightforward refund or exchange process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Gear

    Securely package the items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all mounting pins, wrenches, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix your shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
